TEDIA Technology participated in developing the group standard for cleaning and disinfection of freshly made beverage equipment, providing a unified framework for equipment hygiene, automated cleaning, and data-driven monitoring. The standard enables the industry to transition from experience-based practices to standardized, system-driven food safety management. TEDIA's intelligent systems integrate hardware compliance and software governance to ensure traceable, auditable, and consistent cleaning, supporting a sustainable and safe operation across diverse beverage scenarios.

On November 25, 2025, the group standard “Cleaning and Disinfection Specifications for Freshly Made Beverage Equipment” (T/CCA 038—2025), jointly developed with the participation of TEDIA Technology, was officially released. The standard was proposed and organized by the China Cuisine Association (CCA) and will come into force on December 25, providing a clear and authoritative framework for establishing standardized cleaning and disinfection protocols for freshly made beverage equipment.

Addressing a long-standing industry challenge—the lack of unified standards for equipment cleaning and disinfection in the freshly made beverage sector—the standard clearly defines basic requirements, management specifications, and standardized operating procedures for equipment hygiene. It also specifies technical requirements for automated cleaning, automated disinfection, automatic data recording, and exception alerts, offering a technical foundation for the industry’s transition from experience-based cleaning practices to standardized, system-driven execution, while strengthening institutional safeguards for consumer protection.Addressing a long-standing industry challenge—the lack of unified standards for equipment cleaning and disinfection in the freshly made beverage sector—the standard clearly defines basic requirements, management specifications, and standardized operating procedures for equipment hygiene. A New Paradigm for Food Safety Management

All intelligent beverage dispensing systems under TEDIA Technology are equipped with intelligent cleaning management systems and real-time data monitoring capabilities. Having passed multiple food safety certifications across Europe, North America, and other global markets, TEDIA has established an integrated food safety solution combining “hardware compliance and software governance.”

During the standard development process, TEDIA contributed extensive real-world implementation experience derived from large-scale deployments in equipment automation and digitalization.Amid rapid industry expansion, food safety remains both the “safety boundary” for brand reputation and the “operational baseline” for chain operations. TEDIA Technology enables the industry’s shift from human-dependent compliance to system-driven self-discipline in food safety management. Through the TEDIA APCP system, brands can centrally configure, monitor, and track store-level cleaning processes via the cloud.

The system supports key functions such as mandatory cleaning upon expiration, ingredient shelf-life management, and one-touch cleaning, with all operational records and data uploaded in real time—fully visible, traceable, and auditable. This effectively addresses long-standing operational pain points, including inconsistent execution, opaque records, and the inability to form closed-loop management under traditional manual models.

Building a Sustainable Intelligent Beverage Ecosystem

Technological breakthroughs in intelligent equipment and the establishment of robust data systems are the primary drivers of digital transformation in the freshly made beverage industry. Food safety, however, remains the prerequisite and non-negotiable baseline of that transformation.

TEDIA Technology’s participation in the formulation of the Cleaning and Disinfection Specifications for Freshly Made Beverage Equipment represents a practical embodiment of its strategy to tightly integrate technological capabilities, data intelligence, and food safety governance. By co-building industry standards, TEDIA helps clients reinforce the foundations of food safety operations, effectively promoting the deep integration of smart food safety management and freshly made beverage operations.

TEDIA Technology has consistently embraced the mission of “advancing the healthy development of the industry.” Looking ahead, the company will continue to use standard-setting as a bridge, working alongside industry partners to explore new applications in smart food safety management.

Through ongoing technological innovation and knowledge sharing, TEDIA aims to empower the industry ecosystem, driving the freshly made beverage sector from scale-driven expansion toward quality-led advancement—so that every cup served carries a promise of trusted and verifiable safety.
